Now let’s do something fun for our face that won’t hurt it or cost a lot of money. We already have things that we can use to make our own special scrub. We love making our own scrub. It’s like magic! For real, it makes our face feel good and look shiny. It’s like magic, these scrubs clean our skin gently and make it look healthy and bright.

In order to wake up, we can make a scrub with coffee. To make ourselves feel cosy, we can make one with oatmeal. The scrub we make is like the food we make for ourselves. We can make our skin even happier by adding things that smell great, like flowers, or things that are unique, like honey or avocado.

Let’s get our spoons and bowls and start making our home spa! We can make up our own recipes and try them out to make our skin really soft and shiny.

Coffee And Sugar

It’s like giving your face a treat. Imagine having tiny coffee grounds rub all the dullness off your skin, leaving it smooth and shiny.

Also, guess what? Caffeine, which is found in coffee, wakes up your face and helps get rid of cellulite. Your skin feels soft and looks great after using a coffee scrub.

You Will Need: ¼ cup ground coffee, ¼ cup sugar, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 3 vitamin E capsules

Method:

Step1: In a bowl, I mix the coffee and brown sugar together.
Step2: I mix it all together after adding the coconut oil.
Step3: I make rings with the scrub on my wet skin.
Step4: I use warm water to wash it off.

Frequency of Use: 2-3 times a week.


Yogurt

Putting yoghurt on your skin is like gently rubbing it, getting rid of dead skin and making it look smooth and bright.

It makes your skin feel happy and full. If you mix yoghurt and honey, it’s like giving your face a treat at the spa! You have clean skin that looks and feels great!

You Will Need: 1 tablespoon yogurt, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon honey, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Method:

Step1: I’m going to use a machine to break up the muesli into tiny pieces.
Step2: After that, I’ll use a bowl to mix the muesli powder with yoghurt and honey.
Step3: The mix will be put on my skin, and I’ll wait 10 to 15 minutes.
Step4: It will then be washed off with warm water after I rub it on my face in circles.

Frequency of Use: Once a week.


Organic Turmeric

Allow us to talk about turmeric now. That spice you may know from cooking? Did you know it’s also good for your skin? If your skin is red or itchy, turmeric can help calm it down like a magic wand.

It also does a great job of getting rid of dark spots and uneven skin, leaving your skin looking smooth and bright.

You Will Need: 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons turmeric powder, 1 ½ cups coconut oil

Method:

Step1: I have oil and yellow powder.
Step2: They get soft like dough when I mix them together.
Step3: It feels good on my face, especially where there are dark spots or marks from zits.
Step4: I leave it there for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Step5: After that, I use warm water to wash it off.

Frequency of Use: Once or twice a week.


Lemon And Sugar

Do you know what lemon juice is? Our skin needs someone like this! It has something in it called citric acid that cleans out the dull skin and makes it look fresh and shiny.

One more thing is olive oil, which keeps our skin moist like magic. It makes our skin feel soft and healthy all the way through.

You Will Need: 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 whole lemon

Method:

Step1: In a bowl, I mixed sugar, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Step2: It feels good on rough parts of my body, like my elbows and knees, where I rub the scrub in gently.
Step3: I use warm water to wash it off.

Frequency of Use: 2-3 times a week.


Tomato and sugar

Also, guess what? Not only do tomatoes taste great, they’re also great for our face! They have vitamins and antioxidants that fight off bad stuff in our skin and make it look even and bright.

You Will Need: 1 ripe tomato, mashed, ½ cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method:

Step1: The red tomato is squished in a bowl.
Step2: I add sugar to the squashed tomato and mix it.
Step3: It feels good to put the tomato-sugar mix on my face. I wait 10 to 15 minutes.
Step4: I use warm water and gentle rubbing to get rid of it.

Frequency of Use: Once or twice a week.


Rosemary lemon salt

Let’s talk about a wonderful-smelling scrub now! It smells great on our face because it has rosemary and lemon in it. We love using it because it makes us feel like we’re at the spa!

Kindly cleans our skin and makes it feel so happy and smooth. Imagine that all the gross stuff washed off, leaving our skin feeling brand new! Putting these cool things on our skin is like giving it a treat!

You Will Need: ½ cup sea salt, Zest of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped, ¼ cup almond oil

Method:

Step1: In a bowl, I mix basil, lemon, and salt.
Step2: After that, I add oil and mix it well.
Step3: It feels good on my skin, and I rub it on in rings.
Step4: Last, I use warm water to wash it off.

Frequency of Use: Once a week.


Green tea and sugar

You can think of green tea as a face hero. There are special things in it called antioxidants that fight lines and puffiness.

Antioxidants are like little guardians who keep your skin from getting old too quickly. Putting green tea and sugar on our face together makes it smoother, brighter, and ready for the day!

You Will Need: 2 green tea bags, contents removed, ½ cup granulated sugar, ¼ cup coconut oil

Method:

Step1: Green tea tastes great. I made it and let it cool down.
Step2: In a bowl, I mixed the tea with sugar and olive oil.
Step3: Afterward, I put it on my face and slowly rubbed it in for a while.
Step4: Last, I used warm water to wash it off.

Frequency of Use: 2-3 times a week.


Coffee and olive oil

Step2: Scrub the scrub into skin that is still damp and work it in gently circular motions.
Step3: It should be left on for 5 to 10 minutes before you wash it off with warm water.

Lavender vanilla sugar scrub

Method:

Step2: Using gentle circle motions, rub the scrub into skin that is still damp.
Step3: Use warm water to wash it off.
