8 DIY Home Remedies to Get Pink Lips Naturally

Achieve rosy lips naturally with these simple DIY home remedies.

8 DIY Home Remedies to Get Pink Lips Naturally

pink as we want for many reasons, such as not getting enough water, spending too much time in the sun, or even smoking. Don’t worry, though! Some simple things we can make at home can help our lips get their pink colour back. We can make fancy lip balm with things we already have in the kitchen. For example, honey or aloe vera can be mixed with sugar.

Then we use a soft brush to rub this paste on our lips. It gets rid of dry, dead skin and makes our lips feel smooth. To get the best effects, we need to do this often. If we keep taking care of our lips in this way, they will get soft, nice, and pink on their own. We don’t need any scary drugs to do that either. We only need to make use of what nature gives us.

8 Simple Home Remedies to Get Pink Lips Naturally

We can make our lips feel good with some cool things from the kitchen and yard. Let’s look at them together and find out how to get soft, pink lips without using anything harsh.

Aloe Vera And Honey

Aloe vera is great for our health. In times of bad mood, it makes things better. Also, guess what? Plus it’s great for our lips!

It has a lot of good things in it, like water, minerals, vitamins, and water that keeps our faces moist.

What You Need: Aloe vera gel, honey.

How to make:

Step1: Take out a tablespoon of the aloe vera juice.
Step2: Sort the aloe vera goo into a small bowl or jar.
Step3: Put in a teaspoon of honey.
Step4: With a spoon, mix the honey and aloe vera juice together until they turn into a smooth paste.

Frequency of Use: Apply this mixture to your lips daily before going to bed for optimal results.

Sugar

Ok, so think of sugar as a little helper for your lips. Like tiny grains, it gently gets rid of all the bad stuff on your lips, leaving them soft and pink.

Sugar cleans our lips and makes them look good. And it makes lip balms and creams work even better on our lips.

What You Need: Sugar, honey, coconut oil

How to make:

Step1: Get your sugar, honey, and, if you want, coconut oil ready.
Step2: Divide the honey and sugar into equal parts.
Step3: In a bowl, mix the honey and sugar together.
Step4: Mix the honey and sugar together until they turn into a rough paste.
Step5: For extra moisture, you can add a few drops of coconut oil if you want to.
Step6: To add the coconut oil, stir the liquid very well.
Step7: You can use your rough paste now.

Frequency of Use: Gently scrub your lips with this mixture once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells and reveal softer, pinker lips.

Cucumber

It’s like magic that cucumber makes our lips feel cool and wet. It has a lot of water in it, which helps our lips stay moist.

It also feels good on the lips because it makes them smoother and a little tighter. To get pink and pretty lips, we can use cucumbers in the following ways:

What You Need: Cucumber slices

How to make:

Step1: The cucumber was cut up very small.
Step2: One of the little pieces feels good on my lips when I rub it on.
Step3: I could also mix the cucumber pieces to make juice.
Step4: There is honey in the cucumber juice that I mix.
Step5: The mix was like a mask on my lips.
Step6: I wait for a while.
Step7: After that, I use warm water to remove the mask and pat my lips dry.

Frequency of Use: Use daily for best results, especially during hot weather when lips tend to dry out.

Beetroot

Not long ago, I learned that the red veggie beetroot can make our lips look nice. Yeah! The chemical “betalain” in it makes it red, and the same chemical can make our lips look pink, like a blush.

And do you know what? It’s not just about the colour of beetroot! Plus, it helps keep our lips wet, so they don’t get cracked.

Step6: Enjoy your naturally coloured and moisturised lips!

Frequency of Use: Apply every night before bedtime to see noticeable results.

Olive Oil And Honey Mask

We love how our lips feel when we mix honey and olive oil. Fatty acids are found in olive oil and make our lips feel soft and moist.

Milk And Turmeric Exfoliator

Hi there! Did you know that milk and turmeric can help make your lips smooth? Lactic acid, which is found in milk, helps get rid of dull skin on our lips and makes them soft.

Also, turmeric has something in it that helps with itching, so if our lips hurt, it can make them feel better.

Raspberry And Strawberry

Did you know that strawberries and raspberries are like sweet treats from nature? They have vitamin C inside them, which is really cool.

Vitamin C also makes our lips look full, like when we blow up a balloon. That means our lips can stay pink and happy if we eat lots of raspberries and strawberries.

What You Need: Raspberry juice, strawberry juice

How to make:

Step1: Get some strawberries and grapes.
Step2: Raspberries and strawberries should be washed well to get rid of dirt and chemicals.

Step6: Use a lip brush or your fingers to put on the natural lip stain for a light tint.

Frequency of Use: Apply this lip stain whenever you desire a pop of color on your lips.

Potato

Did you know that potatoes have something called catecholase in them? It works like a little helper to lighten our skin.

It’s possible that putting potato juice on our lips will make them look softer and pinker. Also, potato juice can dry out our lips, so we need to drink a lot of water to keep them soft.

What You Need: Potato slices, lemon juice

How to make:

Step1: Cut a potato into very thin pieces.
Step2: Put a slice on your lips and gently rub it on for a few minutes.
Step3: You can squeeze some lemon juice into the potato juice if you want to.
